Fractional: Head of Content Production


I have extensive experience as a fractional / consulting head of production for U.S. and international ad agencies and their clients, big or small. Whether providing oversight of an existing department, building a new content production unit from scratch, short-term coverage during an HOP sabbatical / maternity leave, providing a strong production presence during a pitch, or something in-between, I foster a team-based production environment that runs efficiently, creatively, and profitably to deliver great work, on time, and on budget.

This is a flexible way to provide agencies, HOPs, and their clients with HOP coverage, growth, or oversight as needed.  I have also provided HOP consulting services to overseas agencies looking for a U.S. presence.  

Via monthly consulting, I can provide HOP services as required whether full-time coverage, monthly department supervision, project-based HOP assignments, client-facing management, providing a new business HOP presence (in-person pitching, adding to agency credentials, etc.) or new client set-up protocols.  And frankly, everything in between.

I pride myself on supporting and nurturing in-house talent, adding value to client interactions, while setting high standards for the content production department to run efficiently, collaboratively, profitably, and creatively.
